GoodMark is a free, invitation-only pilot run from Tampa, Florida. It reads your child's Canvas grade notifications and writes you a nightly brief. It's not a product you can buy and it's not open to the public.
By using it you're agreeing to these terms and to the Privacy Notice.
Parents and legal guardians, 18 or older, who have been personally invited. You confirm you have authority to share your child's educational information.
Standards mappings are inferred, often from an assignment title alone. They're labeled as a best guess when we're not sure. They're not verified against your child's actual curriculum.
Diagnoses are interpretation, not assessment. We see a score. We don't see the test, the rubric, or your child's work.
Practice problems are AI-generated. We check the math, but the problems may still miss what the teacher intended.
We miss things. Canvas emails arrive late, out of order, or not at all. A quiet brief doesn't mean a quiet gradebook.
We misread context. Content in images and in-Canvas comments is invisible to us. Teacher names, genders, and course assignments have been wrong before.
GoodMark is a prompt for a conversation with your kid — not a substitute for the gradebook, the teacher, or your own judgment. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Use it for your own family. Don't forward another family's brief. Tell us when something's wrong — a wrong name, a wrong date, a wrong read on your kid. You are the accuracy check. We'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, GoodMark is not liable for damages arising from use of GoodMark — including academic consequences of acting on, or failing to act on, anything in a brief. This is a free pilot among friends and is offered on that basis.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything that can't be limited by law.
Either side, any time, no reason needed. Say the word and briefs stop. Ask for deletion and everything in our systems goes. If the pilot ends, you'll get notice first.
If GoodMark ever charges money or opens to strangers, these terms get replaced and you'll be asked to agree again. Pilot participation is not consent to whatever comes next.
